Show #34 "Full Body - Palm Tree" has been completed!
We just finished editing show #34 where we exercise utilizig a palm tree at North Shore Park in St. Petersburg, FL. How do we work out with a palm tree? You'll have to tune in to find out but it's a full body workout with beautiful background footage of the beach and water. The scenery alone should be an encouragement to help motivate you to work out with us. The show will premiere in June and run several times throughout the month so make sure and try to catch it.

Our friend Ingrid suggested that we try this easy recipe treat and we absolutely love it! Peel a banana (or 2 or 3) and put them in a zip-lock bag in the freezer. Take them out the next evening and get your taste buds ready for a treat! You can eat it just like a Popsicle, scrape it with your spoon to create Italian Ice type banana shavings, or… put it in a blender and enjoy it like ice cream. Forget about buying banana flavored desserts, use the real thing!
