October's ScheduleWe specially designed October's workout schedule to maximize your results. We start each week off with resistance training on Mondays. Then relax by stretching and working balance on Tuesdays. Wednesdays is a time to work your core and legs. Thursdays offer a little recovery time with low impact shows and Isometrics. Fridays is for fun with balance balls, children and your couch. And we finish off on Saturdays by working the entire body a little bit harder. Sunday is a day off from exercising in order to worship the Lord and spend time fellowshipping with family and friends. Although we do recommend a nice long walk; especially if you ate too much at your after church luncheon!

Our friend Ingrid suggested that we try this easy recipe treat and we absolutely love it! Peel a banana (or 2 or 3) and put them in a zip-lock bag in the freezer. Take them out the next evening and get your taste buds ready for a treat! You can eat it just like a Popsicle, scrape it with your spoon to create Italian Ice type banana shavings, or… put it in a blender and enjoy it like ice cream. Forget about buying banana flavored desserts, use the real thing!
